Loch Eyre Shepherd Hut has views overlooking Loch Eyre, is situated in 7 miles from Portree, This shepherd hut has access to a private toilet in the guest house, 30 metres away. Unique and romantic stay. I strongly suggest it for an unforgettable experience! We didn't mind the small place, it had everything and was very comfortable.

Skye Eco Bells is an Eco Glamping site on the Isle of Skye. The 3 Cabins are located in an off-grid site with individual fire pits and 2 acres woodland. EVERYTHING. Keep in mind I love to camp and this provided that experience including a lack of electricity, Wi-Fi, campfire, common kitchen, and a beautiful host family.

Sterlochy dome is situated in Lochcarron. With free private parking, the property is 34 km from Eilean Donan Castle and 38 km from Kyle of Lochalsh. Outdoor dining is also possible at the luxury tent.... The couple who own the croft are just awesome people! They carried our luggage for us using their quad bike. We were doing the NC500 and we were absolutely shattered. This was the best rest we had all week. The dome was clean, bright and had loads of cosy blankets, and that bed is more comfortable than ours! The cooking facility has everything you would need. And don't even get me started on the view. Beautiful. Thank you so much!

Located in Shieldaig, within 46 km of Victoria Falls, Beinn Shieldaig Yurt offers accommodation with air conditioning. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Sheildag is a gem if a location. It is a long drive to Skye but we made it work. This was truly a unique stay. Loved building a fire and sleeping next to a field of sheep. Plus the glen water running stream is very calming. Just a cool place.

Located in Lochwinnoch and only 25 km from Ibrox Stadium, The Dome at Mid Auchengowan provides accommodation with lake views, free WiFi and free private parking. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming. They had some unexpected issues with the dome but were incredibly proactive with informing us and relocating us into different accommodation at no expense to ourselves. Very friendly hosts, immaculate accommodation, and a lovely setting for a getaway to Glasgow. 10/10 would recommend

The Pigsty is situated in Crieff, 22 km from Scone Palace, 46 km from Castle Menzies, and 39 km from Doune Castle. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. If you like special locations, beautiful views, a cozy fire outside and a wonderful bed, this is the place for you! Everything was beautiful about this location and the welcome more than warm. We will definitely come back here again.

Offering sea views, Birkenshaw - Beautiful Shepherd’s Hut in the Highlands. Is an accommodation set in Dornoch, 8 km from Royal Dornoch Golf Club and 16 km from Dunrobin Castle. One of the loveliest and most relaxing stays we have had on our year long world round trip! The hut is so cozy and you feel absolutely at peace and at one with nature sitting on the hammock out the back! Could not recommend higher!

Located in Kirkcudbright, The Kites Rest at Castle Creavie Farm has accommodation 45 km from Dumfries and County Golf Club. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. We spent a couple of nights staying in the Kite’s Rest… Absolutely great place to stay with great hosts who were extremely helpful and great to chat away to :-) The setting is perfect; quiet, great views and loads of space. We had glorious weather so made use of the BBQ and sat out on the decking area morning and night! We thoroughly enjoyed our time - Thanks!

The location was great - very peaceful and lots of "extras" such as fire pits and an honesty trailer where you could borrow or buy items needed. Also, the host Kevin was excellent, extremely informative regarding the area and whatever we might need.
