Staff were super friendly and responded to our wishes quickly. We travelled with a 10 month old baby and everyone was super nice for him. Our AC controller didn't work, but it was fixed during our stay.

The 5-star Pan Pacific Singapore is directly connected to Marina Square Mall and Suntec Convention Centre. Superb hotel with super friendly staff. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is very good, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, even to MBS and Gardens by the Bay. Kids loved the swimming pool.
