The best accommodation in Malapascua! I had an amazing time at this Hostel! The staff is amazing and always here to help and support you! The room is nice ans spacious and the breakfast very good as well. They even organized a family dinner with a bonfire one night. The hostel is located up north of the island, so perfect if you want to immerse yourself into the authentic local atmosphere! They have scooter transportation, but I walked a lot as well:) cannot recommend this hostel enough!

MAAYONG HOSTEL is a quiet and chill hostel in Panagsama road in barangay Basdiot, ideally located 250 meters from Panagsama Beach & the famous sardine run and 2 minutes walk from the bars, restaurants... Great location beautiful rooms and amazing stuff

Good value for money, but what was exceptional is the owners they were amazing, who helped us when my daughter wasn't feeling well, took to a clinic, and helped with all we needed. Also, in the morning, they took us to the port because we had big luggage even though the port is walking distance. Great, great people. If you are in trouble, these are the people you want to help you

Pig Dive Hostel Moalboal er staðsett í Moalboal, 1,5 km frá Panaginama-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með sameiginlegri setustofu, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. I like everything here. They have everything, even the air dry machine for drying your clothes, the large place for hanging clothes.. It's further from Panagsama beach than the other hostels- dont worry! The shuttle car will take you to the center of the town every hour ( or if the car is available, they would pick you up/ take you right away). The price is so affordable: 420peso for a bed in 6-bunk bed room and 520p for 4-bunk bed room ( I booked only one night in Booking.com, which is 100p more expensive than those prices, than extended in the hostel). I was worrying about the mixed dorm, but luckily there was only me in the whole room🤣 They have 4 super cute white dogs. They have many toilets and bathrooms They have the area for cooking by yourself The reception area is 24/7 Next time, I still choose this one. This is the 1st hostel that I give 10/10.

Chief Mau Moalboal Cebu er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, veitingastað og bar í Moalboal. Absolute value for money! I stayed a week in Chief Mau and I think it was the best hostel on my 2-month Southeast Asia trip. The hostel has great facilities - quiet and cooled-down rooms with comfy beds, curtains, robust safety lockers and a convenient place for people to put their luggage. Especially the two power outlets that can be found within each bed for safe charging of phones etc. are worth mentioning. The hostel has a really nice upstairs outdoors (but covered) hangout area with pool table and darts, pillows for sitting and a place that is suitable for working. The location is really good, with a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants around the corner. And the staff - they are absolutely brilliant, the true all-stars of hospitality. In Chief Mau, the staff remembers who you are, what activities you're interested/participating in, and greets you with the biggest smile. I also got so much help from them, whether it was just about asking for some recommendations, or getting a couple extra blankets when I was not feeling well. For new years eve Trisha, the young Filipina who runs the place organized a massive buffet dinner and party in just 24 hours after asking us guests what we would like to do. Thank you so much for making it a memorable night for us!
